Okiku is a japanese first-person horror game inspired by the real life Okiku doll which is said to grow its own hair and teeth.
Story
A famous doll named Okiku is stolen from a temple by your uncle Haku the owner of Sake bar & restaurant. He believes the doll will help his failing business and bring more customers. Shortly after bringing the doll to the restaurant, strange and horrifying events begin to occur. Haku is forced to temporary close the restaurant. He then finds you Minato, a young student with an interest in mysteries and the paranormal. Haku tells you he will pay you if you can solve the mystery and calm the spirit of the doll down. You head out one evening on your scooter to begin your investigation. Will you solve the mystery or become another victim of Okiku?
Average runtime 15-25 Minutes.

I really enjoyed playing this! Fantastic job!
This was a very fun game to go through. The ease at the beginning of the game to the rapid switch to tension through stealth made this very engaging. I love that there is lore/story within this game to give you a reason to care and it had some very interesting twists that made you want to know more. The ending was also a great surprise!
The story of Okiku is very nice same as Japanese Urban legend! Im very curious the end! would love to play more!! Thank you:)

The game is amazingly done! I really liked it! True, I got into a bug of eternal squats ... Well, the only negative is that there is no saving after hide and seek with a doll. But the rest is very cool! With love from Russia!
Pretty neat concept, but without a checkpoint after the hide and seek, I don't have the patience to finish this. Too bad because it was cool while it lasted.

Okiku is a short J-Horror game where the player finds themselves having to investigate their Uncle's Sake Bar & Restaurant which has been plagued by paranormal activity ever since he stole an Okiku doll in hopes of bringing luck to his establishment.
The atmosphere and environment of this game is incredible and after finishing it - I wanted more! It's short and to the point. The little doll which you need to play hide and seek with is terrifying and I found myself having to restart the game since I kept dying. But once you figure out what you need to do - the game becomes a breeze. Play this game!
